Tutsis Genocide survivor, Providence Umugwaneza, spent time sharing her story of resilience with our secondary students this morning. Orphaned at 11 years old she emphasized that only hope in Jesus made it possible to survive. #midlandchristianschool

Today for Election Day 1st grade taste tested Chips Ahoy and Oreos, students then voted on their favorite. They read a book called “I Voted” and it taught them about voting rights, learning that their vote matters.
Grandparents’ Day is one of our most celebrated days of the year. It is such a joyful day watching our elementary students’ excitement as they tour their grandparents around their classrooms and show off their accomplishments.
