Doug Rawlins - High School Principal
Mr. Rawlins comes to MCS from Stratford, Texas, where he served as an Assistant Superintendent for the last four years. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Northwestern Oklahoma State and received his Master’s from West Texas A&M. Mr. Rawlins has been in education for the last 34 years operating in many capacities from coaching and teaching to district curriculum before accepting his position at Stratford ISD. He and his wife, Shelly, have three children, Annsley, Kennedi and Andrei, and we are excited to have them join the Midland Christian family as well as the Midland community.
Brooke Hill - Assistant High School Principal
Mrs. Hill has worked at Midland Christian for the last five years as a 4th and 5th grade teacher. Prior to moving to Midland, she was a Special Education teacher in Oklahoma City and a 4th grade teacher in Slaton, Texas. She received her Bachelor’s in Education from Texas Tech in 2004. Mrs. Hill and her husband, Richard, have two children, Bailey and Brock, both of whom attend MCS.
