New Student Application

If your child will be new to MCS for the 2023-2024 school year, please complete the online application form available by clicking here and follow the instructions for creating a myMCS account in the section below.

Some things we'd like you to know:

A $25 non-refundable application fee is due with application
If your child is admitted, a contract will be issued. A registration fee will be due with the contract:
- All students entering MCS for the first time: $175.00
- All returning students: $125.00
New Student Decisions will be released March 10th through myMCS

The First Step

Create a myMCS Parent and Student Account by following these steps:

1. First, click here.

2. Click on the Create Account link.

3. Follow the steps to create an application for your child. Feel free to contact the main office at 432-694-1661 if you have any questions along the way.

Once you have created an account, you can track the admissions process, update contact information and see the school's admission decision - all on your dashboard!

Already an MCS Parent? Follow these steps to create a new application for additional children:

1. First, click here.

2. Fill out the 'Username' and 'Password' blanks to log into your myMCS account. Note, if you do not remember your login credentials, simply click on the 'Forgot login or First time logging in?' link below the sign on boxes - you will receive them in one or two emails.

3. Follow the steps to create an application for your child and contact us if you have any questions along the way.

Your account has now been set up. To log into myMCS in the future, click here .

In the future, your myMCS portal will give you access to your child's class and school information including: Schedule, Grades, Homework, Teacher Lesson Plans, and much more. Check back often as we use the myMCS portal to keep you informed.

REGISTRATION & WAITING LIST FOR PRE-KINDERGARTEN

In order for your child to be admitted to our Pre-Kindergarten classes, he/she must be 4 years old by September 1st of the year they would attend Pre-K. You may make your application for that child after September 1st the year before that.

Example: Johnny Smith turns 4 years old on February 2nd, 2022. Johnny would be eligible to attend the 2022-2023 school year, and you may fill out an application for him any time after September 1, 2021.
