Board Members

Mrs. Rita Brown is a dedicated wife, mother and grandmother. She and her husband, Dale, have been involved with MCS for over 35 years. Rita has been a member of the board for over 12 years and is currently serving as President. The Browns have 6 children, all of whom attended MCS, and 22 grandchildren, 13 of which are students at MCS.

Mr. Alan Brown is an attorney with the law firm Lynch, Chappell & Alsup. He attended Midland Christian through the fifth grade. Alan and his wife, Holly, have four children attending Midland Christian: Allison, Annie, A.J., and Abby Claire.

Mr. Dale Fowler is the owner of Zeno Office Solutions. Dale and his wife, D’Nese, have been connected with MCS for the last 9 years. They have three children: Kendi, Jamey & Brantley all graduates of MCS.

Mr. Kyle Hammond is Vice President of Operations, Permian Division, at XTO Energy.  Kyle has been associated with Midland Christian for 7 years.  Kyle and his wife Lori have 5 children: Cody, a 2007 graduate of MCS.  Caroline, Catherine, Madelyn, and Blake currently attend Midland Christian.

Mr. Travis McGraw was a member of the first graduating class (1981) of MCS. He has been involved with the school since that time. Travis is in Revenue Accounting at Legacy Reserves Operating LP. He and his wife, Donna, have two sons that have attended MCS throughout their schooling career.

Mr. Mike Oestmann is a Partner at Piedra Resources. Mike attended MCS through the ninth grade (before the higher grades were added) and has been associated with the school for over 30 years.  His wife, Cathy, is a daily volunteer in the Business Office at Midland Christian.  They have four daughters: Laura, Elizabeth both graduates of MCS; Melissa and Hallie are current students at MCS.

Mr. Eldon Schoolcraft is the owner of Basin Electric Company. Eldon and his wife, Shelia, have been associated with the school for 17 years. They have two children: Cooper, an MCS graduate and Nicole is a current student at MCS.

Mrs. Pam Tiffin has been involved with the school over 10 years.  She has been very active in the Mustang Booster Club, serving in the capacity of secretary.  She and her husband, Don, have three children: Amanda & Matt graduates of MCS; and Mason, a current student at MCS.
